Site Reporting for Entire Databases of Addresses or Lat/Longs from GeoLytics

With GeoLytics' software, you can run your entire address file through a site reporting system.  The output is a table of the demographics for up to three given radii around each location.  For example, you could run a 1, 3 and 5 mile radius report for each of your store locations. We can run radii for as small or as large a circle as you wish.  Often folks will select 1, 2, 3 or 5, 10, 15 but in fact we could do any distance. And our newest version of the Site Report will now allow you to run these radius reports from latitude / longitude coordinates instead of using a full street address.  So now you can choose -- either addresses or lat/long coordinates.  Whichever you have, we can run the report.

Our stand-alone Site Report 2012 provides a comprehensive report of demographic data for 2010, and projections for 2017 in 3 rings around your target address. Similarly, the batch mode version can do this for your entire database in a single pass.  For example if you have 50 stores or even 50,000 you could run it through the batch site reporter and you can set the distance for each radius in the report.

The variable groups included in the Site Report are: Persons, Race/Hispanic, Households, Families, Employment, Education, Veterans, Income, and Housing. The 2010 demographic data on Site Report 2011 are based on the official 2010 Summary File 1 (SF1) data from the US Census Bureau as well as their 2006-2010 American Community Survey (ACS).  The SF1 is the 100% count and is therefore considered more accurate but it does not include important demographics like income, educational attainment, employment, etc so that is pulled from the ACS.  The ACS is also official US Census Bureau data but is collected over 5 years (2006 - 2010) so it is not strictly speaking 2010 data. The 2017 projections are from GeoLytics’ proprietary estimates and projections.
