Get 8 years of GeoLytics’ demographic data with our Annual
Estimates 2001-2008 or the Annual Estimates Professional 2001-2008.
These two products have demographic data for the years following the last
decennial census and prior to the current year estimates – 2001, 2002, 2003,
2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. If you need to track population and
demographic trends for the years following the most
recent census, then you need one of these two products.

Annual Estimates 2001-2008 comes with GeoLytics’ reliable and trustworthy
population demographics and income estimates, including variables such
total population, population change, total households, race, age, gender,
household income, owners vs. renters, and more. For more information go to:

The Annual Estimates Professional 2001-2008 starts with our basic Annual Estimates and then adds complete break-outs of sex by age by race, household types and household size, median incomes by race, consumer expenditures data, educational attainment and much more.

Each product has GeoLytics’ built-in map viewer that lets the user create thematic maps of variables, as well as quickly and easily export data and geographic boundaries. Both products have the data available in 6 geographies: nation, states, counties, tracts, block groups, and zip codes. You can also run a radius around a latitude/longitude point.

If you need the most up to date data, we also have 2009 Estimates and 2014 Projections at the census block group, census tract, zip code, county, and state levels. These data are available in our CensusCD software format and come complete with mapping and exporting capabilities. For more information about all of our estimates and projections, go to:

Block Level Data: When Precision Counts

If you need information at the smallest level of census geography then you need Block level data. GeoLytics offers a large selection of U.S. population, household, and housing estimates data at the census block level. There are over 8 million census blocks in the U.S. We now have 2009 estimates available at this very small level of geography as well as the official 2000 census (the Short Form or Redistricting). Use these granular data to do statistical analysis of population and housing distributions and target small geographical areas.

Our recently expanded variable list for the 2009 data includes sex by age by race for the most exact population estimates available. We also have occupancy, owner vs. renter, households, families, and more. To view the complete list of variables, go to: http://www.geolytics.com/USCensus,Block-Estimates,Data,Variables,Products.asp

GeoLytics’ 2009 Block Estimates come as flat .csv files for easy import into your spreadsheet or statistical software packages. It is available at state and county level increments, so pricing depends on the number of counties or states that you want. Each state is a separate file, so if you wish to purchase all the states in the nation you receive 50 files, plus 1 for the District of Columbia. For more information, go to:

The 2000 data are available in our CensusCD software format and come complete with mapping and exporting capabilities. You can export a csv, txt, or dbf file for use in data analysis or your can use our built-in mapping software to see the data in thematic map form.
